One of the commitment is to ask the government to create the clean bureaucracy. The points are as follow:

INDONESIAN COALITION FOR THE CLEAN BUREAUCRACY (KIRAB)

AS IN ACCORDANCE TO JOKOWI-JK COMMITMENT TO IMPLEMENT BUREAUCRACY REFORM AND TO BUILD GOOD GOVERNANCE

Hereafter, We Urge:

  1. The President to accomplish the Grand Design of Bureaucracy Reform as in line with the development of merit system;
  2. The President to strengthen the mandated-institution for national bureaucracy reform which involve the stakeholders;
  3. The President to provide political support to The National Civil Service Commission in order to carry out its duties and functions optimally;
  4. The President and House of Representative (DPR) to endorse Law Draft about National Monitoring System and any others related;
  5. The House of Representative (DPR) to fully support National Bureaucracy Reform as a national political agenda;
  6. The Government to do harmonization, integration, and synchronization of policies related to bureaucracy reform;
  7. The Government to give the clear explanation that National Civil Service Law is a backbone of bureaucracy reform and become the reference for other policy formulations;
  8. The Ministry of Bureaucratic Reform to accomplish immediately the Government Regulation as a mandate of National Civil Service Law by enabling public participation;
  9. The Civil Society to participate actively in guarding national bureaucracy reform;
